Hello and welcome to another garden related post. These pictures were taken on a nice, sunny last day of April.
Big fig tree in from of our house is starting to develop small leaves and buds. It almost feels like big branches are coming back to life with these little pops of green.
For Women's day back in March my mom, sister-in-law and me got these roses as aa gift so we planted them in the flower area also in front of the house. Unfortunately, only one, that you can see on this photo, is doing well and has made progress, the other two are still not giving any signs of growth. We'll keep them for a bit more and see what happens...
Quince tree is still looking pretty with all its flowers and since it is on the way to the garden, I always stop by to take a photo or smell the flowers - they have really sweet smell I really like. \
Cherries are starting to lose their flowers but they still look pretty.
Close up of one of the cherry trees.
And this is how our backyard looks like, with all the fallouts from cherry trees. It looks like spring snow! :)
Apple tree that I took so many photos of barely has any flowers left.
My potted strawberries are looking good - the rest of strawberries are also having more flowers each day so I hope later on in May we'll get to enjoy some.
Raspberries are growing nicely and they spread out everywhere, there's so many small offspring all around these bigger ones.
This is actually first photo I took of the zucchini this season, somehow I keep forgetting about it, but here it is.
One out of two potato areas from our garden.
A little bit of everything in this area. There's still a small portion of empty space on both sides of the garden (pathway is in the middle) and we will mainly use it to move pre-planted veggies that are currently in the greenhouse.
Thank you for reading, have a great weekend!
