Hello, steemians! Welcome to my page, eh!
It's officially spring now according to the calendar, but it takes it's time getting here in the northwoods. The temperatures here have been running about average for this time of year, but we still have a fair amount of snow on the ground. Of course, that's partly due to the higher than average snowfall totals that we got this past winter. The snow is melting nicely, but there's still a fair amount left to melt.
The main garden is still buried under about a foot of snow.
I am starting to see the top of the raised bed next to the garden now.
The raised bed by the greenhouse is mostly clear of snow now, but I'm sure that the ground is still frozen. My big pots for the container garden are pretty much snow free also.
In front of the container garden is the strawberry patch. It's still half covered with snow, but you can see strawberry plants poking out of the leaf cover where the snow has melted off.
The blueberry bushes are pretty much snow free now. I had to fence them in last winter to keep the rabbits from eating them down to nothing. They had gotten to one of the plants already when I fenced them off, so I don't know if that plant will come back. Hopefully, the rest of the bushes will grow this year.
That's all I have for this post, I hope you found it interesting!
I have a patreon page where you can check out some of my music videos and guitar amp building videos.
