They can be grown in pots, but I get better yields throwing them in the ground. Great in morning cereal or oatmeal. You can even throw them is stews or eat them fresh. If you get a big enough yield dehydrate them
Like raisins. Look at the price for a pound of them dried. About $15-$25 and the black variety fetch about $100 per pound.
