Planting orchids on a basket using coconut husk chips

Repot orchids on a basket that im going to make today. We know that orchid doesnt grow in regular soil coz its roots needs air.

First im going to use the old basket and coconut shells.

Turn it into Husk chips

Freshly cut orchids from our garden..

I cover the roots by tge husk and secure it using wire...

Im going put it now on the basket

I put this hardwood charcoal bcoz its very low to decompose and to absorb contaminants..

Perfect for garden and balcony.
