Garden and Daylily update

Here's today's gardening and daylily update....

First the bad news, it looks like Japanese beetles are here and they apparently like pole beans.

I've had great luck with the yellow squash and zucchini and now it looks like my butternut squash is coming in:

The tomatoes are doing well, we've got the cherry tomato variety reaching the top of the Mittleider T-Frame:

And plenty of cherry tomatoes turning red for me.

Here's today's newly blooming daylilies:

I don't know this one's name:

And happily, the daylily I reported got deer attacked had been split and I had another bush of this one blooming in a different part of the yard. It's interesting how ones that get more sun will bloom sooner than ones in partial shade.
