My neighbours garden is full of these little pink star flowers at the moment but I don't grow Crassula multicava, because it is a shade lover and my garden is extremely sunny. All the available shade is taken. His flourish under the trees because it is a forest plant. They are quite invasive under the right conditions and are succulent because they can go for long periods without water, not because they are adapted to very sunny environments.
Some have green leaves and others have purple undersides, like the one below.
