I first learned about sprouting in Hawaii while wwoofing on a farm that was growing them. We were doing around 70 trays a week of sunflower sprouts. We also started experimenting with Pea shoots, corn, and buckwheat sprouts. The sunflower sprouts were the most work as we had to more often than not pull the seed from the leaf by hand.
