When you are a waiter it is called spinning.
Although both those also refer to more,
it is the similar to when someone
tells you "Up to here."
In Afrikaans the nice way is:
GATVOL
So when you sigh in resignation
then you are Gatvol.
It has more grit than just saying
I am fed up.
Have a tantrum, have a beer.
For some more drama, slap a queer.
I am now gatvol of typing.
