Buenas tardes amigos hivers ,hace días sentía el deseo de tomarme un café con leche,pero resulta que no me gusta de leche en polvo,aunque siempre tengo leche en Casa para una avena caliente ,un toddy o chocolate caliente,pero para café con leche no me gusta.
He visto mucha leche líquida de larga duración pero pasteurizada ya casi no la venden,esas empresas ya desaparecieron,no me gusta la de larga duración por el sabor ya que son leches que no necesitan cocción y son para tomar fría o a temperatura ambiente ya que no necesitan refrigeración para conservarse puesto que su vencimiento es a un tiempo prolongado .
Pero anteayer fui a un minimarket y me alegre al ver la leche pasteurizada en presentaciones muy pequeñas,compré 5 y al llegar a casa en una olla pequeña coloque uno a hervir y luego agregue un poco de café bien fuerte y un poco de azúcar y quedó un delicioso café con leche, me rindió dos tazas porque coloco más café que leche.

But the day before yesterday I went to a minimarket and I was happy to see the pasteurized milk in very small presentations, I bought 5 and when I got home in a small pot I put one to boil and then added a little strong coffee and a little sugar and it was A delicious coffee with milk, it gave me two cups because I use more coffee than milk.
