Hello Fellow Steemians,
I had a problem a couple months ago with genesis's BTC payout not going through for 3 days in a row so i contacted them and they said they had a problem with mining BTC or something and they fixed it later on.
But this time it's been 5 days without a single payout :
I sent a ticket to their support and they that their website is having some problems showing balances to some users and they had to hold the payouts and everything will be solved by the end of the week !!!
So i did some more research and went ahead and checked their twitter where they posted that they will be releasing the payouts for the 5 days (or all the days under maintenance) all together YAY !!!
Some people started to think that this is where Genesis-mining takes our money and run away but i don't think that's the case why would they be responding to support tickets and updating their twitter about the issue if it was a scam ? :p :p :p
