To me it looks like complex PR move that ruthlessly pictures reality of times we live in...
This looks like short-term reality
Meaning, some focus will be placed on the sky - but from wrong intentions!
This experiment from NASA, proves you one more time amount of collective brainwash that was done and its not gonna be so easily rewritten...
During the GLOBE cloud observation challenge, citizen scientists of all ages can make up to 10 cloud observations per day using the GLOBE Observer app or one of the other data entry options (for trained GLOBE members).
Time for people to feel proud of themselves :)

Oh man, this kind of public influence I would make up in 5 minutes of thinking. Is this really what we have come to? NASA doing some blitz PR techniques managing to convince people they actually want best for them and need them at the same time.
Not just that, they are predictive programming us for what is coming in the future through geoengineering:
