Good morning my people!. I found this cool looking Chalcedony while taking an evening walk through a wash. It's fun to see the different wild life that take refuge in the cool sandy banks. From huge birds of prey to small beetles and of course a wide variety of rocks get washed in after rain down pours.
Chalcedony formations are interesting because they were formed from mineral deposits thousands of years ago. For me it is like finding fossils and exciting seen the shapes and thinking of how they might glow or even under a microscope for a texture image.
Note to self need to buy a microscope!!
