Just finished a couple fingers of scotch and figured I'd show off some cool pictures I snapped of some fungal growth this week. They've loved the rain and humidity and cloud cover the last couple weeks.
The first few are in the yard, the last couple are on the wood pile. I didn't pay attention to whether they're on old logs or new ones. Might be good to look at it all again.

Maybe one day I'll be able to identify some with enough certainty to eat some wild mushrooms. Til then, I'll be content to let them do some awesome stuff in our soil! I need to go listen to
