With this post I announced my intentions of starting up a Steem Power (SP) delegation initiative to support new Steem users that are very active on Steem and have limited resource credit.
I am happy with the suggestions that were given and I had to consider most of them.

Lets go through how this giveaway operates;
The Rules
Your account must have less than 100SP (any current delegation is taken into consideration).
You must not be delegating any Steem Power to another account.
You must have never powered down.
I should be convinced that you have long terms goals on Steem.
You must not be a winner of a similar giveaway by the
for the last 2 weeks.
How to Participate
Leave a short comment about your intention to participate. No need to explain about your current situation or anything (summarize if you have to), dropping just your username will be find as I will personally check all entry accounts.
How it Works
This giveaway post will come up either on a Saturday or Sunday of every week which starts today!
There will be one winner each week and you can either win 50SP or 100SP to use for 4 weeks.
100SP will be the prize if the winner has less than 50SP and a 50SP prize if the winner has 50SP or more (and less than 100SP, of course!). This point will be considered at the time I am about to give out the prize which is next week.
The winner will be an entry account that I find to be overall best in these categories; producing the best content, the best interaction and the best behavior on Steem.
This is just the first giveaway post, thus the rules and other factors are bound to change with time.
