I wrote a post that I will give SBD to the users who upvote my post according to their vote value.
This post now reach the payout.
I got 7.267 SBD. There are 15 users who upvote with 100% but their vote value is lower than 0.01. I will give them 0.001 as an incentive.
Some users are not given. Some are bots and some are my partners. The users shown in red will not get any incentive. The blue one will get according to their vote value.
7.252 is used in calculation because I subtract 0.015 for 15 users.

The users who less than 0.01 in vote value are needed to upvote with above 90% Voting Power and 100% voting weight.
