Yoga, I started practicing regularly with Yoga with Adriene in June of 2016. Yoga Camp is still one of my favorite playlists.
Meditation. A year later in July 2017 I added Headspace and meditation to my morning routine.
Reading is one of my favorite slow down activities.

On November 20, 2020 President Russell M. Nelson encouraged us to #givethanks and flood our social media with gratitude in his Message of Hope and Healing. It has been so great to spend extra time and effort thinking and posting about a few of things I am grateful for this week. Of course, there are so many things and these are just a few.
