So I decided to test this promotion by sending the minimum ETH amount to participate which is 0,5 ETH. Within a short time I recieved 5 ETH. I was very surprised about this that it was actually legit.

Also you can see other transfers done by other participants. However this giveaway is limited so you might want to act fast.

Why is he donating 5,000 Ethereum (ETH)?

I believe that Binance are donating ETH to the community due to the troubles that there has been lately with the exchange after accounts were hacked.
