I just want you to know that I am along with tens of thousands of dialysis patients here in my country PH are getting free dialysis treatments with no more copay to contend with.

In addition, we are getting free medicines like EPO in particular for correcting Anemia and a couple of free lab tests.

It is because of the enhanced universal health care by our government in aiming to support dialysis patients in freeing them about the big issue of the copayment fee everytime we get our dialysis treatments. So now each of our session is paid by our government health insurance with the amount of 4,000 PHP from 2,600 PHP. One dollar today is about 58.41 PHP.

It is still a partial implementation of funding coming from Philhealth our UHCare system, and we are yet to receive the FULL implementation which I am guessing that we might receive 5,200 PHP by August next month God-willing which will mean that we will going to the dialysis center totally free from paying anything aside from getting additional free stuffs like more free lab tests per month and maybe 2 pcs free dialyzers I hope. That is my news for you all for now and I just thought that you will get delighted by this God-sent gift for myself, my parents and the rest of dialysis patients here in my country the Philippines.
