I had the fortune of visiting Goa (East coast of India) during the less-busy monsoon season, which is famous for its frequent storms, rains, wind and generally terrible weather for tourism (though beneficial for agriculture).
Goa's beaches are famous for its beauty, its parties, and they attract tourists from all over India.
