Step 1- Find a quiet place without any distraction, bring a pencil and paper.
Step 2- Sit in a comfortable position.
Step 3- Take a deep breathe. In your nose, out your mouth... deep inhale, slow exhale. Concentrate on the wight of your body. Feel your arms, your legs, feel the contact of your body on the surface. Focus on your breathing.
Step 4- Every time you feel your mind start to wonder, let it. Realize and accept it, and slowly bring it back to the rhythm of your breathe.
Step 5- Do this until you feel your thoughts clear.
Step 6- Now focus on your goals. See your life as you always imagined. Imagine the craziest thing that makes you happy. No matter how crazy and out of this world it might seem. Hear the noises around you, The wind in your face. The feelings you have. The noises around you. Think as if you already have it. Now open your eyes.
Step 7- Write every detail you saw. Begin with I am.
Step 8- Do this everyday, relentlessly. Make it part of your routine. The same as brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
Step 9- Don't loose sight of your goal and do everything every day to accomplish this. (this is the hardest part.)
Step 10- See your life slowly transform it what you have written.
