Smart goals are great if you are among the part of the population that are able to stick with that way of working, for me it does not work as I belong to the other part of the population, I work with direction and consistency chains instead, that works for me, and I have got great results that way even if smart goals are often more effective, but that's if you are able to follow them in the first place.
