Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about setting goals for 2022!
In any activity, goals are a great way to focus yourself for fun and improvement, and this is especially true of business or sports! If you want to take your business to the next level in 2022, you should consider putting some goals into writing that you can check in with and reference throughout the year!
When establishing your goals, consider goals that are SMART - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevent and Time Bound! So, for example, "Continued growth", "Make Merch" or "Get Consistent" are pretty bad goals because they're not specific or measureable. "Reach 10 average sales", "Create and market a new tshirt design", or "Regularly make marketing videos 3 days a week" are much better goals!
So give it some thought! I'm really interested to see where you'd all like to take your creative projects in 2022! You don't have to set too many goals, but don't be afraid to be bold! Even if you don't make it all the way, I'm sure you'll do incredible things!
