I would say bingo but that is a bit sarcastic for the idiocentrics in the room when their lights come on. Once more, I lack the vocabulary to capture the event in words when the idiot is also the one with the centralized power.
Missing from the room are the ones that get all the Greek stuff at a massive discount at the expense of the current and perhaps future prosperity of the people of Greece.
It might be a long wait to see the IMF do something of value to those in the middle or bottom of the number (by person and not dollar) distribution in Greece.
