If you haven’t heard of Gods Unchained, here you go. An upcoming dApp and first true eSports on the Blockchain. The team behind this game hired professional artist for each an every one of their cards that include the worlds best that have also designed other popular trading cards. These guys are serious. Who are they? The masterminds behind Gods Unchained, Fuel Games, also the creators of EtherBots have put a well planned out strategy to make this upcoming Trading Card Game the next Hearthstone, but on the blockchain, like a more advanced SteemMonsters.
Recently Gods Unchained have sold their 1,000,000th card and auctioned off a Mythic Card that sold for $60,000+ which is the second most expensive trading card in the world behind The Black Lotus of Magic the Gathering.
The presale is still going on and packs are sold by the guaranteed rarity card that comes out of the pack.
• Rare Pack: 0.0125 ETH
• Epic Pack: 0.075 ETH
• Legendary Pack: 0.125 ETH
• Shiny Legendary: 1 ETH
Each pack guarantees a rare card, epic card, or legendary card.
The impossible to find Mythic Cards can come out of any of the packs at any given time. There hasn’t been one to come out yet so there is still 2 Mythic Cards remaining in the remaining packs available. But if you are the lucky one to pull it, it might go for more than the first one sold. ($60,000+)
Each card also has a chance to have a shine to them (doesn’t make the card more powerful, it’s just for looks and collecting). Most cards will come out as Plain and they have a chance to get a special shine such as Shadow (5%), Gold (2%), and Diamond (0.2%).
Gameplay
The beta hasn’t started yet, but will start very soon. Powers of Gods have been released and still waiting on a few more. Once that’s all out, we should see Beta available.
