Just yesterday I was very surprised to receive a message on Twitter from a fan who said that they really enjoyed my content. They expressed their joy in seeing new videos from me every day, and wanted to let me know how much they cared about me.
They also said that they felt bad for me because they saw I had not been able to save up money to afford a trip to California for the annual creator convention known as VidCon. They told me that they really wished they could help, and that they had created a GoFundMe page to help me reach my goal.
This touched me deeply, seeing as how I had dreamed of going to the event since becoming a creator. VidCon is without a doubt the most important gathering of video creators in the United States, arguably even the world. This gift of funds to make it there would be huge, and would likely take quite a few people to reach the goal of one and a half thousand dollars. Needless to say, I am both blessed and wonderfully shocked that there are those so generous still living in the world.
As such, I am sharing this story of blessings and hope with you, and allowing you to follow the progress of the funding of my hopeful journey.
