Yeah, if I'm not mistaken there are also people who scrap the roadside for sediment or whatever that might contain trace elements of platinum that comes out of our tail pipes. Man, if an alien civilization with an abundance of precious metals saw the lengths we humans go through to obtain just an ounce of this still, I'm sure they'd think it was cute.
