I'm Back seem seem this is a resume post in steemit first i would like to say sorry to all of you, of my an active a decades ago!, sorry! sorry! sorry!. when i left off in steemit since a month a go and now there are lots of changes. I don't know why? there are lot of people nagging why steemit is going down in voting power. and can you explain it to me what is HARDFORK because i was absent of that ha ha ha
