A Williamstown sunrise is spectacular. In the winter, it rises more over the bay, and it in the summer it rises over the city as the angle changes. But my favourites are the between seasons. Late autumn and early spring. The air is clear, there's nobody about it, and that frosty morning chill makes you feel alive without having the biting cold off the Antarctic!
