I'll be honest. The golem auto battling game is brilliant and has true potential and is the main reason why I'm still around. Visual upgrade would be needed and new golems added to the mix seasonally etc and I think it could gain real traction. I like how unique each golem feels due to the IV system. The main game is well made and best in its category, but in the end it is still a click farmer, which few people would play without being able to sell the tokens for money. I would 100% focus on the golem battling aspect when turning focus back to this.
Additionally, I would not want the game to move away from hive. I like not having to worry about gas fees no matter how insignificant they are. Hive is a good blockchain with bad economics behind it, but if the idea of the game is not to be a hive printer, does that really matter as long as the tech behind it runs smoothly?
Finally, I would prefer continuing with the golem overlord as the platform mainly for practical reasons. Transferring over to new blockchain and new IP would require actively converting existing players where as staying where we are would allow easier activation of old players. I believe dropping f.e. a non-tradable golem crate to every hive account that has ever purchased anything from the game, which would allow them to come and claim it in-game after hopefully checking out the new features and hopefully sticking around. I don't don't just spit balling, but it is nice to hear from you and I hope you are feeling better these days!
