Sometimes we all need some lucky breaks and golf is no different. It is even better getting a hole in one when sponsors throw a car in as well for the amazing achievement.

This guys ball was never going in and relied on lady luck.
I will take you back to 2001 when the only hole in one on a PGA Tour par 4 happened at the 17th on the TPC Scottsdale course in Arizona. The hole was 332 yards long and the golfer was Andrew Magee. Unfortunately there is no footage of this happening except for everyone watching.
Magee never thought he could drive the green so he teed up and played his shot whilst the other group of golfers ahead of him were still putting. The players on the green at the time were Steve Pate,Tom Byrum and Gary Nicklaus. Magees ball bounced onto the green and a shocked Pate jumped out of the way.Byrum who was busy lining up his shot was on his haunches and the ball went through his legs, hit his putter and went another 8 feet straight into the hole.
this is still the only par 4 hole in one in the PGA history. There have been others outside of the PGA though, but it is rarer than hen's teeth.

Some extra clips I couldn't resist as lady luck shined on these next two. Not a professional video, but who cares as at least someone filmed it.
If you haven't seen this then you need to pay attention. This is in slow mo and don't look for the ball in the air either. There is hope for everyone after this hacker achieves something very few ever do.
