Syria is a difficult topic for me because I don't know what is what and what is not. The alternative media is just the media now, and I can't trust that anymore than the BBC or CNN. I do have a theory on what the bigger picture is, but in regards to Syria itself I am not informed enough - or at least certainly don't feel well informed enough - to have made a decent entry.

I'll enter the next one if I feel I can provide something worthy. In the mean time, if you read only one of my posts then I suggest it be this one.

But, don't upvote it because your stake is used productively and I feel upvoting a post such as this could put it in jeopardy. But you could very well be an influencer in the near future, who may possess the power to sway the votes of many others. So, I strongly advise that you read it and then remember it in the future when the time comes.
