#gratefulvibes: Seeing Your Friends' Achievements on Steemit, and The Need to Recognize Talented Steemians

I am just a simple person and a small amount of success is a big achievement for me. Looking back at my humble beginnings, things seemed unfavorable. Imagine those posts earning from cents to be even as low as 1 cent or zero, it's disheartening. Everyone are encouraged to write quality content. I don't consider myself an excellent writer due to my decent English skills. However, I tried to write long pieces often ignored. Did I let discouragement consumed me? No! If yes, i could've left the Steemsphere, yet I'm still here.

I know my success may be just a little fraction compared to other members but I am glad to help some members, and will always be willing to do so.

The feeling of being recognized

I am very happy that so far, I was being recognized in some communities. Recently, Hive account@mariannewest has included me among the first 5 members of Over 20 Club on #freewrite community. I also joined #poetsunited and one of my poems were curated. Still, there are lots to explore.

Friends having achievements on Steemit

I had referred a number of friends on Steemit, and the activities are rapidly increasing. Looking at some of their success, I was delighted for them. Some of them are winning contests or even getting featured. The latest one is Hive account@saskia who was recognized in this post from MSP MSP Community Curation: Top Five 'Positive PAL Posts' - WEEK #07.

At the moment, I am part of a group which is not recognized as a team, but we are under #steemph. There is a plan with sir Hive account@dwightjaden about Pangasinan team. I am excited for that, but I am just busy lately that I am lacking enough time. But hoping to communicate with him again regarding the plan, as members from Pangasinan is increasing.

I am also part of some teams and I noticed a lot of them are talented people, yet they are not recognized. These prized talents deserve a shot, and if only I have enough resources and influence, I may be doing something to lift their status and reputation. This time, I can only offer my little help since it is only what I have. There is an emerging team #steemunity which was led by sir Hive account@bobiecayao. Hoping the team will get recognized. I am just a member but I can offer my minimal help to the members. There are lots of talented people in many teams. #steemitachievers has lots of talents as well. Do check their hashtag and see for yourself. A lot of them deserves recognition as well.

More success to come for everyone

I saw a lot of members getting lonely because of little success of their posts. As I often say, Rome wasn't built in a day. With perseverance and patience, you will surely reap those tiny seeds you had sown and experience success. It happens. Even the mighty members of Steemit had gone through what every new members are going through at the moment. Just keep Steeming, and continue creating quality contents, and you will find success here.

Hoping for delegation

I intend to help as much people as possible. I have some delegations which I leased, and hoping new delegations from Hive account@blocktrades be made available soon. That way, I can help more members, and distribute rewards to them. i love helping and whenever possible, I would try my best to help them.
