One of the Steemians I value and have learnt from the most is the queen of science ♡ She has taken the liberty of educating me how my body works. Something I appreciate quite a lot as I am on this self-discovery path and it's good to understand more than the spiritual being. Calling her 'Mwalim' would best suit my admiration towards her.
Suesa also woke up my love of science fiction from dead sleep with her Suesa-stories. Her sumptuous alien tales ignited this weird feeling of wanting to master the strength to try my hand in the topic. I am still working on it though. Just know that if I ever manage to do a series it will be thanks to her.
That said, this is not me looking to win the 1000 delegation as there are many creative and more hardworking Steemians out here. This is me appreciating a young beautiful woman who has touched my personal life in many ways. To her, probably she didn't set out to change a life of an older woman from Africa as she started her journey here but on this end, she actually did.
While she is not breaking down proteins for my captivated brain to absorb, she was/is giving me hope to hang on in a community I first felt like an outcast in the general chat. This and the support that followed and stays up to date, gave/gives me the courage to stay and inspire others as much as I can.
On a lighter note, I could probably add that her drawings have given me and bread a few micro heart-attacks but she may argue she's a scientist not an artist and win the argument so I won't do any of that :D
You know this as a cabbage but the queen might say something like brassica oleracea. She might also add that it is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C and dietary fibres.
Being the fun facts Mwalim she is, she will probably add that they were domesticated somewhere in Europe in 1000 BC. I on the other hand know all this thanks to Wikipedia though :D
Where was I?
Oh. The queen's 22nd.
Aye saying thank you for everything sums up my deep gratitude in these two tiny words but that's all English has for us. It would be an honour to one day use up that free couch offer and explore your side of the world. In the meantime, enjoy life and the complexities it comes with as you enter your new year. Congrats on nailing your bachelor's degree and all the best as you chase your masters!
Should I add I am waiting for the quoted soonish and if you feel like I deserve the delegation I promise to use it appropriately? Keep being amazing beautiful 🌞♡
'Mwalim' means teacher in Swahili.
