Happy Children Day to my beautiful munchkin and all kids around the world. May you all grow to be a joy and blessing to your guardians/parents
Here's my entry for Day 19
I am grateful for the privilege of being able to join every other parents around the world to say a "Happy Children's Day to my daughter.
So, my daughter has been ill for some days now. It really isn't serious, just a cold that got into her chest.
However, when she's down with a cold she finds it hard to keep food down and has been vomiting. I believe it's because she's unable to bring out the sputum stuck in her chest. She's been dull, cranky, and clinging to me more than usual for some days.
However just today, she woke up a little brighter, ate more than she's done in the past days, and also played a little.
She's improved a lot from the lethargic, sick child of a few days ago and I'm mighty glad for this. Although she's still vomiting some, but I know that will clear too.
I also got some professional advice from the pharmacist I consult in emergencies like this and he's advised I include cod liver syrup to the daily suppements I give her to boost her immune system and I have decided to do so ASAP.
She's my world and her being strong and healthy means a lot to me.
