I made a journey to the nearby state yesterday, to and fro, Right inside the car I can imagine many travellers who ply the road everyday and the drivers too, the potholes and bends, checkpoints and bumps. I thank God for the journey mercy.
Just twenty-five on the road we saw a truck loaded with bags of cements with his loads on the road, we were told the car has a brake failure and miss the road, what if our car was on the road at that time or anyone, I really thank God that no life was lost. I thank God for the journey mercy.
I got to my destination, picked what I needed and head back home, with some staggering fact about road accident in Nigeria one must thank God at every journey made successfully, it is recorded that Nigeria record 11, 000+ accident in 2016 In January of this year The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says 456 people died and 3404 others were injured in 826 accidents recorded nationwide, with the bewildering data who wouldn't thank God for each journey made successfully. I thank God for the journey mercy.
Today is a gratitude day so am using it to thank God for keeping me safe in every journey.
