As human being, we all have those moments of being overwhelmed and hit the lowest points at times. In our struggles, some might return to nature, and others might pick up different bad habits. I have been there many times, overwhelmed, desperate, and at wit-end.
Thus, I begin my journey with mind-training super short moments throughout the day by looking for something to admire and be amazed! This is where nature came in and play an important part of my daily life. I look for tiniest thing to take pictures of with my little point and shoot camera.
I am grateful for having eyes to see, hands and fingers that work, and legs to get to where I want! I am grateful to my niece who gave me my first digital camera, the Canon Power Shot Elph D1000 with 7.1 MP, and grateful for the feeling of joy I experienced even when only one out of hundred shots turned out.
I am grateful when I looked down at grass! I am grateful when I looked up at the sky! I am grateful for all my senses and the ability to process them to see so much beauty all around me.
Being a human is a huge blessing and it is something I am always grateful for even when it is not perfect in physical, mental, or emotional form while on earth. Just be grateful for every tiny thing, and life will sail by pleasantly.
