Grevilleas are a large and diverse group of Australian Native Plants. They are commonly known as Spider Flowers. Grevilleas are great if you want to attract nectar-loving birds to your garden. They are fast growing and flower all year round. Pictured are the Grevillea Honey Gem with Orange coloured flowers. This grows to about 3 metres high, and the Grevillea Ned Kelly with Red flowers, growing to about 1 metre high. It is named after Ned Kelly who was a famous bush ranger ( armed robber ). Sydney is an ideal place to grow these plants.
