This Rodent animal came up very close and this was in the day time. Never seen one this close before. Also in the UK the grey rodents are very popular. The native reds are smaller in size.The reds live in Scotland and are rare compared to the larger grey.
Here this rodent was eating a digestive biscuit during the day light hours here in the urban environment.
Often they feed on nuts and other foods found in the forests. squirrel live up trees and have sharp teeth and claws to climb the trees.
