Dear "toofasteddie" i think you should really compared your BTC-GRC rates to the Dollar-BTC rates. At the moment most of the crypto currency are coupled strongly coupled to the BTC value.

So, if your points a, c, e are coincide with a value drop in BTC (in relation to Fiat) why should one sell or buy? Unless one want to maximize its BTC or GRC amount. If one believes in GRC its rather good to hold or spend it for goods / services and so on.
