Hoi Stemmit! Sorry it's been so long since I posted, you may have known I haven't felt very well recently. Anyways, so I randomly went on Reddit for the first time in months and while randomly going through the Gridcoin subreddit, I stumbled upon a tiny comment of a post.
This comment linked to a new (a few hours old) place on Reddit where you can list items you'd like to sell or buy for Gridcoin. I think the idea will be pretty cool but I'm only worried about trust, as users could simply not do their end of the bargain. A solution would possibly be to use Ethereum Smart Contracts from what I've heard (don't quote me on that, I'm still learning about them). Or we could use the community as witnesses. Either way, Gridcoin has really needed something like this and I think every cryptocurrency does too, and with Bitcoin's insane transaction fees, this will be great. There are markets like this...that only accept Gridcoin.
