I've set up a Gridcoin themed "Bingo Slot Machine" at the Gridcoin Information Office in Second Life.
It is set to Freeplay and people can win L$ 5, this should attract some more visitors to the office because everyone loves free Money. ;)
Technical it would be possible to let this Slot Machine pay out GRC instead of L$, this would require access to a full node, i think about setting one up in the near future.
