[Growth Idea] eGift Cards

I think steem power birthday and holiday gifts might be a great way to recruit people. If I want to surprise my cousin (who doesn't have an account) with a birthday gift of 200 steem power, how would I do it? It would be nice to be able to use steem or SBD to buy an eGift card for a friend or family member so that the purchaser could just e-mail a code and the recipient could use it to create their own steemit account and have it funded at set-up time according to the size of the gift. i.e. if I buy my cousin a steemit eGift card for 200 steem power then e-mail the code to her, whenever she goes through the account creation process she would enter the code and have her new wallet funded immediately with that 200 steem power.
