After a long time of planning, contemplating, working, traveling, risk-taking and assessments, location hunting, things are finally set for whats going to be;
The biggest Steemit event in Nigeria
Event location: Ile-Ife Osun state, Nigeria
The Steemit in Nigeria program, slated to be the biggest Steemit related program, is going to be held in the western part of Nigeria, specifically at Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, Africa.

The city of Ile-Ife is considered the historical birth place of the Yoruba race (which is the second largest tribe in Nigeria)
As a result, the city of Ile-Ife comprises of many locations, from the historical Ooni palace , located at the heart of the city, down to the museums and historic artifacts that can be found in various locations all around the city.

The Obafemi Awolowo University, One of the top 5 University in Nigeria, can also be found in this city. The third largest University in the country, housing multiple conference centers, a museum, a zoo, multiple historic artifacts, a Teaching hospital, and much more.
All these factors, put together, along with the zeal to make this a most African outing, lead us to choose this place as the location of the Event.
The entire city gives off an African vibe, of which that was the feeling we were going for.
Chances for tourism and outing to view the wonders of the ancient city will be allowed, as part of the package for the program.
Inspection of facilities
Ile-Ife, being a place for tourist attraction, has a lot of hotels that can be lodged in, and starting next week, lines will be open for hotel reservation.
Attractions such as cinemas, shopping centers and more are also at your doorstep.
In line with delivering a top notch service,
