It's been a while since mission to minnow (MTM) challenge and contest was run. Another opportunity has arisen to participate in the challenge for this week, 29th of October to 4th of November, 2017.

The theme for this week would be an important Public Health problem- Hypertension. More and more young people in their 20 s and 30s are becoming hypertensive.
Aim Of Mission To Minnow (MTM) Challenge #4
The aim and objectives of Mission to minnow (MTM) challenge #4 would be
- to increase awareness about hypertension
- understand blood pressure numbers &
- discuss possible primary preventive strategies.
- Write in not more than 500 words what you know about hypertension
- Include personal experience, if you so desire. Ps. Disclosure of any medical information about yourself should be voluntary. I respect medical ethics of confidentiality and will not be held responsible for any breach of confidentiality.
- Also discuss management of hypertension
