It seems too good to be true but appears that there is no more "bad sport" pool on GTA5 at least for old generation gamers. Certain mod menus gave modders the ability to force players into a "bad sport" pool for usually long periods of time. Today there has been a lot of players released from these pools and allowed to resume normal gaming. It is hard to say if this will be a permenant solution to this problem but for now its working. If you were unlucky enough to be placed in this situation , maybe now is a good time to test it for yourself.
