British people care more about a foreign country's least common type of gun crime, than British cluster bombs ripping to part kids everyday.
I always find it strange when my social feeds are full of people chipping in about United states of America. I noticed a lot of sharing of "leftist" propaganda. I despise that the "leftists" think they are better than the "rightists" yet they both use lies and misinformation instead of just being pragmatic. If they were being pragmatic they would have to drop their left/right dichotomy mind-think.
I think the reason the British don't care about the cluster bombs ripping kids to shreds is because it is state appropriated. Statism is like a religion. We are brought up into it, never questioning or thinking. We assume the state is a good thing, and that there can be no alternative, and without it we would live in a Mad Max-esque world.
I don't really care about what goes on in the united states of America because I don't live there, but here is my faux-solution to the gun problem.
Give all school kids a handgun from age 11. Problem solved.
