Today I attended a "March For Our Lives" event here in Eugene Oregon. It felt very scripted and contrived, as if the people who were participating were acting like activists. It's different when you have a personal stake in a cause and show up because you are emotionally invested. The March For Our Lives had that fake feeling of an event without the impassioned people.
