What happens when you don't get water to drink for a whole day and even for longer? You feel thirsty, right? And after that your mouth starts feeling drying up, isn't it. So as water is necessary for you to keep you hydrated, oil is also necessary for your hair to keep your scalp hydrated and moisturise. To keep you hair healthy, you need to pamper them.

The best way to apply oil is to heat it a little bit and then apply it on your scalp, hair and even on your hair ends ( we often don't apply it on the ends and it causes damage so its important to apply on ends too) and leave it for atleast 1 hour but I prefer to keep it overnight, its easier and also good for hair. And before washing, steam your hair, you can dip a towel in warm water and squeeze out excess water and wrap it on your hair, repeat it few times and rinse your hair with cold water.( Hot or warm water may damage your hair, so try use only cold water) and don't use blow dryer till its really emergency.
