Hola hermosa comunidad, estoy por acá y paso rapidito porque hoy me sentía con ese cabello totalmente desaliñado y quise hacerme un viejo truco que llevo mucho tiempo aplicando.

Hace años vi una cuña de un producto para el cabello en donde la modelo del comercial decía “Saqué la raiz grasa de papá y las puntas secas de namá” refiriéndose a su caello, bueno, más o menos así me pasa a mí, tengo la raíz del cuero cabelludo super grasa y las puntas resecas, por eso nunca he podido tener el cabello muy largo, pero de mi abuela aprendí que el vinagre es muy bueno para el cuero cabelludo grasoso y con caspa, de hecho en un tiempo le puse al shampoo un chorro de vinagre y así curé la caspa extrema que tenía, pero, me resecaba mucho las puntas, así que comencé hace como dos años a utilizar aceite de coco para el cabello, pero yo lo guardo en la nevera y queda como un jabon, de esa manea impregno mi cabello sin gastar demás.

[english] Years ago I saw a commercial for a hair product where the model in the commercial said “I took out dad’s greasy roots and mom’s dry ends” referring to her hair, well, more or less like that happens to me, I have super greasy scalp roots and dry ends, that’s why I’ve never been able to have very long hair, but from my grandmother I learned that vinegar is very good for oily scalp and dandruff, in fact at one time I put a splash of vinegar in the shampoo and that way I cured the extreme dandruff I had, but, it dried out my ends, so I started using coconut oil for my hair about two years ago, but I keep it in the fridge, and it remains as a soap, that way I impregnate my hair without spending too much.
entonces para no llenar más de grasa la raíz y para no resecar más mis puntas hoy agarré un chorrito de vinagre y me di un masaje en el cuero cabelludo y luego me froté el jabón de coco de la mitad del cabello para abjo, me puse un plástico en la cabeza y me lo dejé por media hora, me lavé el cabello con shampoo dos veces y me lo enjuagué con abundante agua, dejé secar al aire y volvió mi melena de leona, suave, brillosa y alborotada como a mi me gusta.

[english] So in order not to fill my roots with grease and not to dry out my ends today, I took a splash of vinegar and massaged my scalp, and then I rubbed the coconut soap from the middle of my hair down. I put plastic wrap on my head and left it on for half an hour. I shampooed my hair twice and rinsed it with plenty of water. I let it air dry and my lioness mane came back, soft, shiny and tousled as I like it.
Si tienen un cabello así de mixto como el mío les recomiendo este procedimiento al menos una vez por semana.
