So my wife decided to join me in the short hair club and donated her hair as well! I believe her's was a much bigger sacrifice, chopping off over 16 inches of her beautiful hair! I think she looks beautiful either way.
We both are enjoying our new short hair/low maintenance life, but plan on growing it out again. She was pretty excited once I explained what the @Hairshares project was and how it was influencing donations worldwide.
